Duduma Waterfalls

Duduma Waterfall of Odisha is one of the highest waterfalls in Southern part of Odisha. Machkund area is an important place for pilgrimage, so many visitors come to see its beauty through out the year. The best time to go reach there is during summer season. 
 
The town is situated on the hill top which is very scenic and pleasant to view. Most of the people residing here is belongs to a tribal group which is known as Bondas. The peoples of Bonda Tribe live there livelihood by hunting within the the jungle situated on both side of the river banks of Machkund and Duduma Waterfall. 

The water of Machkund River also supports a large hydro Project called as Machkund Hydro Electric Power Project. Special Trolley rides are available and arranged for the visitors to visit this Hydro Plant.

The Duduma Waterfall is about 157 metres (515 ft) high, which is formed by the Machkund River in Odisha, India. The Duduma Waterfalls is all about 92 K.M. from Koraput and is about 483 K.M. form the capital city of Odisha that is Bhubaneswar.
